Negative Thoughts


It is very easy to get into the vicious circle of negative thinking. If you think that you will fail at something, you will not even challenge yourself to at least prove yourself wrong and that way you will save time and frustration. The problem with this approach is that it is an easy way out and because it is easy you begin to use the same approach for any challenges you may face in your life. As a result, you may never get to know yourself.

For this week, let’s take a break from negative thoughts and start challenging yourself to do exactly the opposite of what your negative thoughts say. Question your thoughts when you experience fear for trying to live your life more positively and for trying to discover the kind of person you really are. Try this approach for one week and see if you can see yourself experiencing a new you.
