A Sense of Peace


To experience happiness we need to experience a sense of peace. To achieve a sense of peace it is important to practice kindness. When we practice kindness we get rewarded. Rewards that come about acts of kindness is what can help us experience a sense of purpose.

As such, whenever you feel unhappy, find ways to be kind to someone or something. It does not matter whether you are kind to a person, a pet, or nature. The important thing is to experience that sense of purpose that can make you happy.
